- Can our firm self-serve as a tenant?
- No. There is no organization tenancy, SSO, seat invites, or firm admin console. A firm either allocates capital to G3 Trade as an LP-style investor, or licenses TradeSync as one operator desk with one SUPER_ADMIN.
- What is TradeSync Floor?
- Floor is a software SKU for a single operator desk running multiple PAM / MAM / LAM books. The catalog lists it at $149/mo as a per-user software fee. It is not an RIA license, not a multi-desk org plan, and this website does not start Stripe Checkout for it. Talk to G3.
- If we allocate to G3, what do our principals see?
- A reporting login on the website, scoped to the linked book: fills, statements, and equity. They do not receive the Windows desk, the installer, or the module editor. G3 Trade executes on authorized accounts after KYC and a signed allocation agreement.
- If we license the desk, do our clients get TradeSync?
- No. TradeSync is operator software. Underlying clients, if any, would be G3-style investor logins for reporting — not NT8, not SuperDOM, and not a tenant switcher. Seats today are provisioned people on one desk, not an org product.
- Is there a firm API or SSO?
- No. There is no partner API for a corporation to pull books. Bot AI is an optional operator add-on that uses the desk’s own LLM key. Auth is per user, not per organization.
- Does this website trade live?
- No. TradeSync is not a broker and does not take deposits. Live copy, if licensed, stays on the operator’s Windows VPS and NinjaTrader. This website is not the execution plane. Live tickets still require a human confirm. Quantity is never guessed.
