How G3 Trade and TradeSync handle account, KYC, and trade records. Pair with the Terms of Use.

Effective August 27, 2026 (version 2026-08-27.2). These pages describe G3 Trade's allocation desk: G3 accepts allocated capital and trades authorized accounts on the investor's behalf. They are not legal advice and not a substitute for a signed Onboarding Schedule reviewed by counsel. Fees, account numbers, limited trading authorization, registration status, and governing law are completed in that schedule before live capital is placed.

1. Who controls this data

G3 Trade is the operator of this website, the investor portal, and the allocation desk. TradeSync (TradeSync Portal) is the software that stores account aliases, connection state, trade records, and session data used to run that desk and to show reporting. We do not sell personal data.

2. What we collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

  • Identity and contact data you submit at registration, KYC, or by email (name, email, entity details, documents);
  • Account and trading data needed to size books and show reporting (aliases, connection state, fills, positions, statements, equity);
  • Electronic-signature records (legal name typed, timestamp, IP address, user agent, legal-document version);
  • Technical data such as session cookies, IP address, and device/browser metadata used for authentication and security;
  • Billing data for desk software subscriptions if Stripe is configured (handled by Stripe; we store subscription state, not full card numbers).

We do not publish connection secrets or API keys on marketing pages.

3. How we use it

We use this information to:

  • onboard investors and operators, including KYC and eligibility checks;
  • trade, allocate, flatten, and report on accounts G3 is authorized to trade;
  • authenticate sessions, prevent abuse, and keep an audit of legal acceptances;
  • communicate about your account, risk events, and required notices;
  • meet legal, tax, and regulatory record-keeping duties.

4. Cookies and sessions

We use an HttpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in. Demo and live sessions use the same cookie mechanism. The download gate, if used, sets a separate short-lived cookie. These cookies are necessary to operate the Services. We do not use them to sell advertising.

5. Sharing

We share data with the brokers/FCMs that hold accounts, with processors who host the application and object storage, with payment processors for software billing, and with professional advisers or authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Retention

We keep account, trade, KYC, and signature records for as long as the relationship lasts and thereafter as needed for disputes, tax, and regulatory retention. You may request deletion of marketing contacts; we may retain trading and KYC records where law requires.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, to object to certain processing, or to appeal a denial. Email hello@tradesync.app to make a request. We will need to verify you. These rights do not require us to erase records we must keep for trading, KYC, or law.

8. Security

We use access controls, encrypted transport, and scoped investor logins. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. A breach, a stolen credential, or a venue outage can expose or interrupt data.

9. Children

The Services are not directed to anyone under 18 (or the age of majority if higher). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The version identifier on the legal pack will change. Material changes to how we use investor or trading data will be noticed in-product or by email where we have an account address.
